At Paris Saint Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible products within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached; items must be unworn and in original condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our studio inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
